Sub-Acute – with Full Time positions in Seattle, Olympia, Federal Way and Everett

 Group Health ARNPs provide medical management of patients during skilled/Medicare Part A or subacute stays in skilled nursing facilities in a team based model. We have established partnerships with a select number of facilities in Puget Sound to achieve excellence in quality of care, patient/family satisfaction, and clinical and utilization outcomes (including re-hospitalization).

Long Term Care- with Full Time positions in Seattle, Olympia, Federal Way and Everett

 Group Health ARNPs provide medical management of multiple medical problems and common geriatric syndromes for residential or custodial patients living in skilled nursing facilities. Professionals who find this job rewarding enjoy working independently and collaboratively with other members of the health care team including MDs, nursing, social work, rehab, etc. to support the preferences of patients and their families for preventative, chronic, and acute care.

CareClinics –in select Bartell Drugstore with Flexible Full Time to Part Time positions available in the following areas: Ballard, Greenwood, Sammamish, Crossroads, U-Village but new ones opening in your neighborhood soon!

 Care Clinic ARNP's operate independently at retail clinics and provide all aspects of the care delivery experience including patient registration and check-in, triage, assessment, medical diagnosis and treatment, lab testing, documentation and coding. ARNP's provide the full spectrum of evaluation, management and procedural patient care to a diverse population. They apply clinical expertise and evidence based treatment for a variety of medical ailments such as wound care, minor sutures, infections, prescribe and refer patients to providers for continuing care, as appropriate. Other duties include: Coordinate supply chain, ensure equipment is functioning well, handling cash and use of information systems.

Primary and Family Care – with Full Time positions in Burien, Spokane and Olympia and Part Time (in Poulsbo
 Our Primary Family Care Nurse Practitioners provide comprehensive preventative, and wellness focused care to a panel of diverse patients. Each care provider works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary health care team to support the goals and preferences of patients and families for preventative, chronic, and acute care disease management.

Urgent Care –With a Full Time position Silverdale
 Our Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners provide all aspects of acute care treatments for walk-in patients with acute illnesses, infections, and wound care, plus minor and occupational injuries.
